Review Of St Anne\'s House
Received a warm welcome after an arduous journey. It was at a convenient location in Salisbury and the hotel had an accessible public car park nearbye. It was clean and comfortable and there was a choice of cooked and uncooked breakfasts in the morning. The cooked breakfast was well cooked and nicely presented setting you up for the oncoming day.

Friendly And Comfortable
Friendly welcome with ideas provided for our stay in Salisbury. Great location for easy walking to the town and Xmas market. Superb restaurant at end of road. Clean and comfortable room. Tasty breakfast to set you up for the day.

Close To The Cathedral
Just the place to stay. Our room was large and quite suitable for an extended stay, with plenty of storage.
The breakfast was excellent.
The only downside, for us, was that the bed was a bit soft for our tastes but I wouldn\'t mark down the St Anne\'s House for that.
Many thanks, an enjoyable stay.

All You Want In A B&b
I stayed in a twin room for one night to do some Christmas shopping with my mum. Everything was as it should be: warm, friendly, clean, welcoming, good breakfast, short walk to the cathedral and shops. What more could you want?

Comfy B&b In A Great Location
We really enjoyed our two nights at St Ann\'s House in Salisbury. We got the very last room, so there was only a twin room available. However, we mentioned it was our anniversary, and the owners moved the beds together for us. Mike was very friendly and helpful upon arrival, and he gave us great restaurant recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and with all modern amenities. The coffee and water bottle in the room were greatly appreciated :) And as everyone has mentioned, breakfast is fabulous!! Not just bread and jam but a filling cooked breakfast.

A Stay In Salisbury Made More Enjoyable By St Anns House
Centrally located but in a quiet street without through traffic. Comfortable bed in room No.1. Spotlessly clean and evidently well managed
Breakfast was generous with a wide selection
Staff, although not live in, were most personable and Mike (aka breakfast chef) the proprietor is charming and could not be more helpful with valuable local knowledge
Mr. Nicholas Bridgman Baker

Visit To Salisbury
We stayed two nights at St Anns House. The proprietor was helpful, allowing us to check in early when we arrived (it was several months between booking and arriving, and I had forgotten, or never noticed, the late check in time), and holding our bags until 4 pm on our departure day.

Pleasant Overnight Stay
Nice welcome with information about parking.
Pleasant and comfortable room, clean and recently decorated. We slept well on a comfortable bed. [to be picky, bedboard a bit creaky]
Ensuite shower toilet satisfactory, shower rather dribbly because of low power.
Excellent freshly cooked breakfast with full range of cold buffet options.
Very central for major attractions - short walk to the Playhouse where we saw an excellent show.
Heartily recommend it for a weekend stay.

I was lucky enough to find St Anns House. Excellent stay, Michael is a good host, making you feel welcome. Even the offer of a glass of wine. Bed was comfortable, facilities in the room good, with TV, drink making facilities, plenty of bed linen etc., and very clean. The breakfast sets you up for the day. All you can eat buffet with fresh fruit and cooked breakfast. I\'d recommend St Anns to anyone going to Salisbury and I would definitely stay there again.

It\'s best to let Michael know your planned arrival time as he may be out in the afternoon. I hadn\'t forewarned him, but after a quick phone call, he was back in under 10 mins to let me in. My room was a single but comfortable and I had a good night\'s rest after a long walking tour of the Stonehenge Landscape. The breakfast menu is very extensive and I filled up on fruit and yoghurt, full English, toast and tea. All really well cooked. St Ann\'s is in a quiet road close to the Cathedral and is 15 mins walk from the Market Place. I would go there again, definitely.

Charming And Cozy, Best Place To Stay In Salisbury
St Anns House is by far the best place you could stay in the Salisbury area. I travel here for business frequently, and the owners really make you feel like you\'re at a home away from home. The rooms are elegantly decorated, making it feel like a unique experience. The best part is the delicious fresh breakfast made to order every morning!

My stay at St. Ann\'s was better than I could have hoped for. I arrived early and hoped to be able to drop off my bag, but was able to check in to my room right away. Michael then gave me a map and told me all the different things to do and gave several excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. He was always avaliable and happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed, etc. The wifi worked okay but the signal wasn\'t too strong, and that\'s the worst thing I can say about my stay. I had the cooked vegetarian breakfast every morning and it was amazing.

A Gracious Host And Great Chef!
Salisbury was one of our Highlights! Due in part to St. Anns House. The location is good, close to the Salisbury Cathedral, center of Salisbury and bus routes. The rooms were clean and pleasant. For us the Host makes the difference. Micheal was very helpful, went out of his way to help and cooks the best poached eggs in the UK! Micheal, hopefully our paths will cross again.
If there is a down side it would be the stairs. If someone has knee issues this could be difficult. For us it was not.
