1. Bookings. A deposit of £40 per room per night is required as confirmation of booking. Once processed,any changes to dates/apartments will each incur a £5 administration charge.
2. Balance. Your balance is payable on departure. The office is open from 9am – 5pm. If for any reason an outstanding balance remains after your departure we will automatically debited your credit / debit card.
3. Cancellation. 75% of the deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation more than one month prior to the date of arrival. No money can be refunded if cancellation is less than 4 weeks from the date of arrival. Any refunds of credit/debit cards will incur a £5 administration charge. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
4.Pets. Please note, dogs are not permitted in the Yellow room, Blue Rooms or Clock Tower. For dog lovers, bed and breakfast is available in the Gardener’s Wing.
5. Period of Let. All lets commence at 2 pm and end at 10 am except when agreed in writing.
